Done forklift course was good no money in it. No work. You dont know were next job is coming from. Found ISM Recruitment staff rude kept ringing and when you ring back jennifer in particular they don't know why you are ringing. Keep 10er an hour. Terrible agency.

Just finished my 12 lessons with my driving instructor Rofeda and I highly recommend her and ISM. She made me feel so safe on the roads and really helped me improve every lesson. Not only is it cheaper than other driving lessons, they always put your learning first above all else. 10/10!
I worked with ISM recruitment from February 2023 to August 2023. My contact in ISM was fantastic and very helpful. The company that I worked for through ISM, I couldn’t say the same, where they never informed myself or ISM that I was originally starting a 6-8 week temporary contract (which I turned down other jobs for) and nearly left me waiting 7months to be approved for holidays. ISM assisted me with getting my foot in the door, where I signed a contract with that company after ISM. I would recommend ISM Recruitment to anyone, who wants to try certain companies in certain sectors like Logistics/Warehouse work.

As a part-time trucker doing adhoc cover work with variable days most weeks, Lindsey and her team have been great – positive, patient, flexible, helpful, always supportive. And offering a selection of fine client companies to work with. With a sense of humour too. They're straight to deal with and there's never an issue or delay with pay, comes through every week with clear payslips. Even holiday pay builds up fast and I'm regularly reminded of holiday hours accumulated, can draw them down as it suits. Lindsey and her team in Santry are top class professionals, 5 stars, A1 !
