This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team in Kildare, where you will handle service-related administration with accuracy, professionalism, and timeliness, supporting both retail and warranty operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process invoice/claim related documentation for Retail/Warranty/Contract job packs.
Generate daily hours invoiced reports to support trends and dashboards.
Maintain and update Customer/Vehicle files.
Liaise with workshop personnel to ensure timely and efficient processing of job packs.
Assist with the management and control of all parts warranty/contract administration.
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficiency and quality of work output.
Provide cover for CVRT and CSR when required.

Candidate Requirements:
Motor trade or claim handling experience is an advantage.
Good technical knowledge of motor vehicles.
Previous Administration experience
Excellent Customer Service skills
Strong IT skills.
Detail-oriented and inquisitive to ensure invoice accuracy.

Salary and Benefits:
€35,000 – €40,000 D.O.E

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
