Company Description:
Our client are a leading Fire and Life safety services provider operating throughout Ireland, working with clients in a range of residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Reporting General Manager you will be responsible for:
” General customer service (large volume via email & phone).
” Schedule engineers & manage bookings.
” Manage engineer weekly/ daily targets.
” Customer reporting.
” Dealing with ad-hoc reactive works.
” Subcontractor schedules & billing.

Candidate Requirements:
Must have previous scheduling experience
MS office experience – Word, Outlook
Own Transport preferred

Salary and Benefits:
” €35k-38k depending on experience.
” 21 days annual leave.
” Employee PSRA scheme

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday Full time office based role
8am-4.30pm or 8.30am-5pm (Monday to Thursday) rotates within the team
Finish at 4pm on Fridays.
