ISM Recruitment is excited to partner with our client to recruit an Electrical Sales Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic sales team based in Dublin 18, where you will own a designated sales area, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive new business growth while representing the company as an exemplary ambassador.

Key Responsibilities
” Gain orders from existing clients in accordance with set targets and goals.
” Grow existing clients in accordance with set targets and goals.
” Identify and onboard new clients in accordance with set targets and goals.
” Provide customer care, including problem resolution for client issues with products and suggesting alternative products when initial choices are unavailable.
” Nurture client relationships through regular visits, phone, and email support.
” Handle end user contacts where required, including making sample boards and query resolution.
” Observe the market and competition, identifying gaps our products can fill in both long-term and short-term capacities.
” Maintain knowledge of product specifications, including diagrams and conformity marks.
” Launch new products through in-house demonstrations and breakfast mornings.
” Offer technical support for clients using your technical knowledge and available brand resources.
” Manage rebates, process returns and credit notes and provide quotations for customers when required.
” Liaise with all internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.
” Attend meetings as required, with some overnight stays and occasional trips to other Group companies.

Candidate Requirements
” Proven experience in sales, preferably with a focus on achieving targets and building client relationships.
” Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues and suggest alternatives.
” Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
” Technical knowledge of electrical products and ability to support clients with queries.
” Ability to observe market trends and identify business opportunities.
” Proficiency in using company tools like Phocas for statistical awareness.
” Strong organizational skills to manage quotations, rebates, and reporting.
” Flexibility for overnight stays and occasional travel.
” Valid driver’s license essential.

Salary and Benefits
” Salary: €55,000 – €60,000

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
