ISM Recruitment is now recruiting for our client a leading family-owned haulage distribution company established in the 1960’s. The ideal candidate will need to work as part of the team to ensure the high levels of customer service are maintained. This driving role is on the nightshift and is based in Dublin Port. All deliveries are to distribution centres and warehous depos.Bay to Bay Work

Reporting to Transport Manager you will be responsible for:

Delivering ambient produce to the client’s customer base.
Having a helpful and pleasant manner with all customers
Representing the company to the best of your ability.
Ensuring Daily Walk Around Checks are completed on the vehicle.

Candidate Requirements:

Drivers will need a minimum of 1 years Artic Driving experience with an established Irish/UK logistics provider.
Familiar with operating electronic devices including tablets, smart phones, mirror cam systems etc
Full Clean Driving Licence (EC)
Valid Digicard
CPC Card PLUS New CPC Module completed before the 10th of September 2024
Good working record
Exceptional Knowledge of Irish Road Network

If you recently qualified for your Artic Licence or you have less than 1 Years’ Experience, you can still be considered for this position upon completion of driver’s assessment.

Salary and Benefits:

€173.87 Gross Per Shift Plus Tax Free Allowance up to €39.08
Paid Breaks
5 Shifts Per Week
Paid Weekly
Holiday & Bank Holiday Pay
10% Reduction off a range of ISM Training Courses (excluding driving lessons)

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday Nights
Start Time usually between 5pm, 6pm and 7pm
Finish Time usually between 4am,5am and 6pm
