I have been working with ISM Recruitment more than 4 years. Worked for ISM, as a Health Care Assistant for 1 year. I had never worked for an agency before this and I can honestly say, if you are thinking to apply for ISM, especially in Healthcare, look no further! My main consultant was 'Justyna', she was excellent! She is so professional, friendly, kind and very fair and helpful to staff. They offer really good rates of pay and I never had a missed payment, or complications with payroll, always consistent and professional in this department also. Overall, a brilliant recruitment company to work for! Would highly recommend 👌👍

Thanks Lindsey and ISM Recruitment, this is overdue - they've been a pleasure to work for since I started with them in September 2018. As a part-time trucker doing adhoc cover work with variable days most weeks, Lindsey and her team have been great – positive, patient, flexible, helpful, always supportive. And offering a selection of fine client companies to work with. With a sense of humour too. They're straight to deal with and there's never an issue or delay with pay, comes through every week with clear payslips. Even holiday pay builds up fast and I'm regularly reminded of holiday hours accumulated, can draw them down as it suits. Lindsey and her team in Santry are top class professionals, 5 stars, A1 !
