The guys at ISM were brilliant, I had Richie for most of my C1 lessons. He had me fully prepared for the test and the answers to all my questions. The others Dave and Ger was also fantastic.

Had a bus instructor classes with lica Baghdadi and I have to say she was very good instructor and gave the right instruction needed in order for me to pas the test thanks very much lica very highly recommend

Passed my driving test in Tallaght with big thanks to Murray! Happy to have done my 12 EDT and pretest lessons with Murray. I was a nervous wreck but he was kind, patient, calm and professional. He knew all the test routes like the back of his hand and made sure I became very familiar with them. Highly recommend booking with him!
Murray was great! He had every bit of confidence in me which really helped with my nerves. I enjoyed my first few sessions and can’t wait for my future ones! Very informative and helpful, and answered any questions I had.

I recently done my BE lessons for a trailer in the ism in finglas, having never driven with a trailer in my life Richie made everything simple and understood, passed the test, big thanks to Richie and all his knowledge!

Guys, the ISM Training Centre Tallaght is the best place where you can choose to learn how to operate the counterbalance Forklift and PPT (Power Pallet Truck). They priority are safety and with nice atmosphere make easy for us to learn. The instructors teaching us more than how operate the machines.

I had a bad experience. I paid for nothing, because I went there and I found a very old reach truck. Never I saw or drove a reach so old. As soon as I tried to drive it the instructor told me that I need to take the training again not the refresher.That was because I didn’t check my surroundings before I left. He was rude. I get down from the truck and I left. So I paid for nothing. I don’t find normal for an instructor to behave like that. He didn’t give me no chance. Very bad experience with ISM. I have been driving the reach for the last two years everyday. So……

I attended manual handling.. It was Good training with both theory and practical classes..
They give you a warm welcome when you arrive, which makes you feel like you are in good hands.
Highly recommended, with highly experienced and highly standard teachers. Carl, Brian and Mark give you their knowledge and best advice, they are very observant and pay attention to detail when teaching you, which is important in this job.

I booked and paid for 12 lessons and my instructor not once allowed me drive to or from the lessons he picked me up brought me to a housing estate where I drove around the estate in circles for the majority of the lessons and then dropped me back home. For the last two lessons he brought me out on the actual road. A complete waste of 500 euro as I got virtually no training or experience driving on the actual road resulting in me having to buy more lessons to prepare me for my driving test. I've no doubt ISM is a great company which is why I chose them but unfortunately the instructor I got was a disgrace and had no interest in teaching me how to drive.
Have to say have a very professional and no there stuff just got my reach forklift am delighted now I can further my prospects cheers lads
I did the counterbalance Forklift refresher course. I found the facility and instructors outstanding. I would like to add a special thanks to Mark,my instructor, he was both very knowledgeable and professional. I can highly recommend this ISM training center.

Great place to learn all the instructors are very dedicated and helpful I would recommend this place undoubtedly if you want to start your career in lifting

The training structure is of excellent quality, new and updated equipment, instructors with market experience. I recommend it.

Awful experience altogether. Quite frankly, a waste of my time at the expense of the tax payer. Didn't walk away with all qualifications advertised, through no fault of my own. Different instructor everyday, each giving different instruction to the other. Told I wasn't allowed to do reach, there was no time and I wasn't capable. I am capable. ISM agency itself told me their clients require forklift experience, can't make sense of that having just done a course with them. Eventually offered me general Operative work, after accepting I became unwell before starting. Gave them notice and was told they wouldn't be putting me forward for any positions and that the agreed position was now gone. When I told her people do get sick, she said she was sick and other lads were sick but still turned up today. No considerstion, treated like a bot. Don't waste your time, avoid.

A fun loving atmosphere freshens up your mind free of any stress and better place to understand things being taught by all the employees around. Would like to mention a few trainers namely *MR. CARL O'MAHONY Mr. Brian Mr. Mick Mr.Mark. gem of personalities.

I began forklift training with the team here for a week, the tutoring was next level A++ I was welcomed in with open arms and treated like a family member (Brian, Mick, Carl, Mark) are absolute gentlemen & their shared knowledge is brilliant, I first went in stressed and so nervous but after 30 mins I was laughing amongst the team and so much positivity was rained upon me gathering my confidence day-by-day. I highly recommend them to anyone who reads this 10/10 experience. I also passed my full ROI Driving Licence with ISM Tallaght and again a top tier class act experience, I passed with flying colours.

Did the 4 day novice training with these guys recently for the Counterbalance forklift and PPT. The instructors all did a great job of explaining the correct way to operate these machines with theory, examples and demonstrations. Very professional. Came away with a great understanding on how to make it simple and safe with some much needed time to practice and gain confidence.
