Rofeda was a great instructor and taught me all the skills required. She was very friendly and patient.
I have just received my D Licence. ISM and in particular Richie Whyte guided me through the whole process and enabled me to pass the test first time. The advice on how to go about gaining a bus licence was spot on. I cannot recommend them enough.
I had Ronnie mac Donnell for a pretest the day before my test. He helped me fix all my bad habits therefore i passed the next day
Done my rigid lessons here, done most of them with Tony who was a great instructor thought me a lot and is a sound fella easy to get on with, that's were the good ends morning of my test got a different instructor got into truck engine light was on got into different truck it had no paperwork, ism told him another truck would be in yard in 5 mins which led to 2 instructors having an argument because one wouldn't give us the truck, I had to do my test in the truck with warning lights and turn them off before the tester seen them, because of all these issues I only got 15 mins pretest which the instructor was putting me under pressure ended up making mistakes and he told me I wouldn't be passing the test today with that driving, which made me even more nervous, wouldn't recommend doing it with them I came from test centre and instructor asked how bad is it ? Was fairly shocked when I told him I passed

I had Rofeda as my trainer for car (auto) license. She briefly educated me about the various techniques and terminologies in order to prepare for smooth driving. She also let me drive near / on the test route area with taking kindof a pre-test on the last session. It was great to discuss / clarify different opinions with Rofeda and make learning more meaningful and comfortable.Thanks a lot!

Extremely happy with ISM Finglas. Norbert Misku has been my instructor, and his dedication to ensuring that this former learner driver's (not a young one either) confidence, proficiency and ensuring a successful pass have been amazing. Not the best place. Course was just about acceptable. Cheapest of the cheap Tea, Coffee and biscuits supplied. Not a place in walking distance of a half hour break to properly get fed. Never again for me to do CPC. First impression is everything. Instructor was late by 45 minutes but if we’re deemed late or no showing we lose our payment. Make what you want from that.

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience with the company. Cat D licence passed first attempt. Shout out to Adam and the team in reception, Karl the boss, all the trainers, especially Dave Hennesy who I was with majority of my weeks there, all lovely people. Zero issues. Would recommend 👍🏻👌🏻
Really excellent service. I have had Danny as my instructor and he has been excellent, really great at instructing and patient during the sessions. ISM guides really helpful, would highly recommend for automatic car lessons
Booked cpc module 3 with ism because of there fecilitys and professionism.Not like some others who cancel and don't inform you, ism keep you informed and up to date will book my modules with ism in the future tnks to all at ism

the 5 modules were very good however i have been trying to get information on jobs withISM particulary one in bray ref vac 24768 but nobody is getting back to me on it after spending 350 euro i expected a more prompt responce

Rofeda is 5 stars!I was quite nervous about driving and had some bad experiences in the past, but Rofeda from ISM Driving School was a complete game-changer. She is incredibly patient, understanding, and made the whole learning process easy and enjoyable. Her calm and supportive teaching style helped me overcome my fears, and I was able to gain confidence behind the wheel in no time. Awful experience altogether. Quite frankly, a waste of my time at the expense of the tax payer. Didn't walk away with all qualifications advertised, through no fault of my own. Different instructor everyday, each giving different instruction to the other. Told I wasn't allowed to do reach, there was no time and I wasn't capable. I am capable. ISM agency itself told me their clients require forklift experience, can't make sense of that having just done a course with them. Eventually offered me general Operative work, after accepting I became unwell before starting. Gave them notice and was told they wouldn't be putting me forward for any positions and that the agreed position was now gone. When I told her people do get sick, she said she was sick and other lads were sick but still turned up today. No considerstion, treated like a bot. Don't waste your time, avoid.
Amazing place with great professionals to train and support during The span of course. Perfect explanation with thorough details being provided with at most care during the course. A fun loving atmosphere freshens up your mind free of any stress and better place to understand things being taught by all the employees around. Would like to mention a few trainers namely *MR. CARL O'MAHONY Mr. Brian Mr. Mick Mr.Mark. gem of personalities.Specially Mr. Carl is the indispensable character for humour and warm gesture towards fellow trainees.Highly recommended guys
I began forklift training with the team here for a week, the tutoring was next level A++ I was welcomed in with open arms and treated like a family member (Brian, Mick, Carl, Mark) are absolute gentlemen & their shared knowledge is brilliant, I first went in stressed and so nervous but after 30 mins I was laughing amongst the team and so much positivity was rained upon me gathering my confidence day-by-day. I highly recommend them to anyone who reads this 10/10 experience. I also passed my full ROI Driving Licence with ISM Tallaght and again a top tier class act experience, I passed with flying colours.

Did the 4 day novice training with these guys recently for the Counterbalance forklift and PPT. The instructors all did a great job of explaining the correct way to operate these machines with theory, examples and demonstrations. Very professional. Came away with a great understanding on how to make it simple and safe with some much needed time to practice and gain confidence.Looking forward to returning for my refresher.

I was expecting a simple refresher safety pass course , I was just amazed at the information available in construction that I wasn't aware of. It was presented with passion and profession, would recommend ISM for everyone,teacher had a great attitude and patience and most of all really helpful . It opened my eyes too all the dangers and laws when you're on site

I have gone through this forklift training course at ISM. There I met several instructors of vast experiences, the training centre was welcoming & enough training equipments where available. My time there was really interesting as I was put through in and out. As others write, I will be tempted too. I have been working at ISM as a truck driver for quite some time. I had my first boss, a man, and for almost a year now I have had a wonderful boss, Paula Lanigan. At first I thought she wouldn't cope, but to my surprise it turned out that she is the best boss I have ever had. She always approaches her duties professionally, treats us drivers as business partners, never imposes her decisions, consults everything with us, suggests appropriate companies and the nature of work according to the interests and predispositions of a given driver. One likes to drive in the city, another in the field, and yet another is here and there. She matches the driver to his individual needs. She is very communicative and open. She never leaves a driver without professional care in a given company to which he has been delegated. She is always interested in us, calls or writes when and to which company we can go to work. You can count on her in every situation and if needed. She always tries to provide every driver with a job and provides her care in a given company. Such a boss is a golden boss. I hope she will always be like this and will not change. The second person who deserves my recognition is Mrs. Accountant Catherine Spolen, a professional finance minister of our company and especially ours. Payments and printouts are always prepared on time. Professionally and reliably. Described and explained what for what and how much. Such bosses who treat us as partners in the company should be respected and we wish that they always remain like that. It is worth working with such people, I have full trust in them.
I have been working for Irish school of motoring for the past few years they are very reliable company even when I have went to a different job not for this company I have rang these people back up looking for a job within the day I was out driving again they give good rates and pay by the week on point with no bullshit excuse my language for an agency I recommend this placePS. This was my first time doing my CPC in Tallaght. As I have done my CPC in Finglas.As I did not enjoy my last two experiences in Finglas for module 4 and 6.But Bernard was amazing I really learned a lot from him. I give this guy 100% for his teaching . I know now I will be doing my moudles in Tallaght. Once again I want to say a big thank you to Bernard for a great class.

Lovely place to learn, i did my folklift training there, and all the training instructors are very nice. The likes of Carl, Brain, Trevor, and Mark are lovely people to learn from. Not forgeting a very special teacher, Stephen, who is so exceptional in his teaching method.
Great instructors kept us entertained very kind and was their for help when needed.
