Established in 1961, the Irish School of Motoring Ltd, known as ISM, is Ireland’s leading Training and Recruitment organisation. The position within our Customer Services Department can be office based, remote working or hybrid of both. The ideal candidate will need to be flexible in terms of working hours for the business needs.

Reporting to Customer Services Manager you will be responsible for:

Aftersales Customer follow up calls
Answering calls relating to bookings
Liaising with Instructors and Customers
Providing excellent customer care to our customers and driving instructors
Scheduling Driving Lessons between driving instructors and trainees
Using the in-house booking systems (Training Provided)

Candidate Requirements:

Ability to work as part of a team
Excellent communication skills (ability to build rapport with all callers is essential)
Fluent in English
Minimum of 2-year experience in a customer service role, telesales experience is advantageous
Previous target driven telesales experience is a distinct advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Email)

10 Bank Holidays

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday
Part Time (1pm – 5pm)
18 to 30 Hours per week
Flexibility regarding working hours is required
