A Fantastic opportunity for a nurse manager to join a fantastic nursing home and established team and play a vital role in the operations and development of the group.

As Director of Nursing, you will be playing a pivotal part in providing a high level of clinical proficiency, management and direction to a dedicated nursing team and staff to ensure that the highest standards of care are achieved.

Applicants should be highly motivated with 6 years experience in nursing management, 3 of such in care of the elderly. You will be expected to Lead your Team, to motivate and drive the best standards in healthcare!

Must be able to work collaboratively and closely with stakeholders, families and staff.

Reporting to CEO and Stakeholders you will be responsible for:
Ensure the highest level of person-centred care is delivered
Compile reports and act on results
To manage all aspects of the services
Maintain resident and staffing numbers

Candidate Requirements:
Must have Nurse Management Experience
Must have the right to work in Ireland
Must have references
Must have Post Grad qualification in Nursing
Must be of sound character
Must have evidence of CPD
Must have working knowledge of HIQA standards

Salary and Benefits:
€75,000
Additional Benefits – Company Bonus Scheme, VHI, Employee Assist (Laya)

Hours of Work:
Full Time and Permanent
