ISM Training & Recruitment a division of The Irish School of Motoring Group, Ireland’s longest-established and most successful Driver Training provider, are actively recruiting for a part time Payroll & Accounts Receivable Specialist, based in our Santry Office.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
Preparing large weekly payroll list from CRM.
Sorting and maintain weekly payroll data on the payroll system (starters, leavers, changes of personal and salary data).
Importing weekly file from CRM to our inhouse payroll system.
Where necessary inputting salary adjustments, hours, holiday to be paid.
Maintaining payroll files with the data required and the list of missing data.
Ensuring that all employees are paid timely and accurately according to the information on the timesheet.
Transmitting and receives data to/ from the ROS service and checks the information.
Distributing weekly payslips.
Dealing with weekly pay queries.
Processing tax year end documentation and produce the relevant documentation for the Revenue Commissioners.
Ensuring the security of any documentation and electronic data.
Maintaining appropriate backups and logs for data security.
The collection of debtor accounts across multiple accounts across the group.
Being pro-active with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment, in some cases, before falling due.
Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment, and clients have received all invoices and statements for next payment runs.
Compiling & reviewing monthly aged debt reports 30, 60 days.
Weekly debtor’s reconciliations for main debtor’s accounts.
Regular telephone and email interaction with clients AP staff.
Generating regular weekly excel/eclipse reports re cash collection.
Resolving queries quickly and efficiently around outstanding invoices.
Dealing with the relevant division mangers on problem accounts to ensure prompt payment.

Candidate Requirements:
Suitable candidates for this vacancy will have at least 3-5 years payroll and credit control experience and be capable of handling over 200 debtor accounts and managing a weekly payroll of 350 people. An excellent working knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts Package and Microsoft Excel is essential. Candidates must be capable of working on their own initiative, possess excellent phone manner, great attention to detail and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits:

Pro Rata €34,000 to €38,0000 per annum (DOE)

Tues/Wed/Thursday (3 Days)
09:00 to 17:30pm
