Safe Driving Means Checking Your Bad Attitude At The Door

Getting behind the wheel of a vehicle can have a major effect on our mood. Some people find driving to be quite a stressful experience, particularly when faced with the often frustrating and inconsiderate driving behaviour of others. 

Bad driving habits and behaviour are so common that it's estimated (from American surveys) that we encounter it on the road (either ourselves or others) at least once a day. The American data also suggests that such bad habits and behaviour on the roads is responsible for up to one-third of all traffic fatalities.
