This voucher entitles you to a return economy flight, including airport taxes to one of the following destinations London, Paris, Edinburgh, Brussels Stockholm Barcelona, Liverpool and Milan. Any applicable supplements are excluded and are payable on confirmation.
HOW TO APPLY
Complete the flight voucher application form, allowing at least 45 days advance notice before your requested months of travel.
As you will appreciate, some destinations and times of travel are extremely popular. To enable us to book suitable flights for you, you must give three alternative destinations and three different months of travel on your application form. There can be no guarantee that you will be offered one of your requested destinations and/or date. It will help the application procedure if you are flexible in your travel requirements.
Post your completed form to : Irish School of Motoring Free Flight Promotion, PO Box 9653, Dublin 6, Republic Of Ireland.
You will be contacted within 28 days of receipt of your flight voucher application, with an offer of an outbound and a return flight and to discuss any charges arising from additional passengers and/or supplements.
If you then wish to book the flight(s) offered, any additional charges may be paid by credit/debit card, together with any of the optional services you wish to confirm. Once a flight offer has been made, you must confirm acceptance immediately. Flights cannot be held on your behalf.
Confirmation of your booking and e-ticket details (if applicable) will be forwarded to you in due course. Any flight ticket(s) will be posted to you approximately seven days prior to your departure.
Your booking and all other operational services will be handled exclusively by WIN | WIN.
Please note, until you have returned your flight application form, WIN | WIN will be unable to speak to you about your booking, or to answer any questions about the specific flights. Please note that due to data protection reasons, WIN | WIN can only discuss the application and booking with the named voucher holder.
Airports
Flight departures are available from Dublin and Cork. Under the terms of this offer, WIN | WIN may not offer flights to all the destinations from all the listed departure airports. WIN | WIN also may not offer all flights direct from the departure airport to the listed destinations and non-direct flights may incur a supplement and/or a short stopover. The departure airport and routes available will depend on the destination, time of travel & airline used.
The airline used will be at the discretion of WIN | WIN. Other departure airports may be available at a supplement. All flights are subject to promotional availability.

Take family & friends
Only one voucher may be used per person and per booking and only one application may be enclosed per envelope. However, your flight voucher also allows a second passenger to travel with you for €99 return plus airport taxes, and any applicable supplements if travelling from other airports. Further passengers will pay the standard airfare and taxes that apply at the time of booking.
Bookings
All bookings must be made through our dedicated booking agent by returning your flight voucher application form to the address given. All flight voucher applications must be returned to the address mentioned on the flight vouchers within 2 months of downloading your voucher and all travel must be completed within 6 months of downloading your voucher. Please note that due to data protection reasons, WIN | WIN can only discuss the application with the named voucher holder.
Travel Insurance
It is strongly recommended that adequate travel insurance is purchased to cover all passengers on this booking. WIN | WIN will be pleased to assist you with your travel insurance requirements but this is not compulsory. However Irish School of Motoring or WIN | WIN cannot be held responsible should you fail to take out adequate travel insurance. By confirming a booking with WIN | WIN you are agreeing, on behalf of all passengers, to this contract. You will be asked to confirm that you have read and accept this on your flight voucher application form; please do so to ensure that WIN | WIN can process your application.

5) Any additional extras, such as supplements, transfers or airport parking etc. must be paid for in full at time of booking. If you would like to pre book airport parking this must also be paid for in full at time of booking.
6) A second passenger may travel with the voucher holder from €99 return, plus airport taxes and any applicable supplements. Further passengers will pay the standard airfare and taxes that apply at the time of booking.
7) Only one voucher may be used per household and per booking and only one application may be enclosed per envelope.
8) The voucher holder must give three alternative destinations and three different months of travel on their flight application form. Applications not completed in this way will not be processed.
9) To cover credit card commissions and other expenses payable by WIN | WIN, all credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% charge. Laser cards are also acceptable for payment and are not subject to a commissions charge.
10) It is strongly recommended that adequate travel insurance is purchased to cover all passengers on this booking. WIN | WIN will be pleased to assist you with your travel insurance requirements but this is not compulsory. However, WIN | WIN cannot be held responsible should you fail to take out adequate travel insurance. 11) It is the voucher holder’s responsibility to arrange Passport and Visa requirements. You must ensure that you have at least 6 months validity after the return date back to the ROI.
12) The flight voucher application instructions (how to apply) and all other information stated within this document also form part of the terms and conditions of this offer. The usual terms and conditions of special fare International Air Transport Association tickets apply to any flight booking. A copy of these may be requested from WIN | WIN 70 Leeson Street Upper, Dublin 4.
13) WIN | WIN reserves the right to reject defaced, photocopied or otherwise soiled vouchers. Lost vouchers cannot be replaced. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or used in any other way than that described. Original vouchers only.
14) No cancellations or amendments by the voucher holder are possible after confirmation of your booking. No refund of any monies paid will be possible.
15) The promoter and WIN | WIN cannot be held responsible for any alterations or cancellations to flight schedules, routes and destinations and reserve the right to use alternative suppliers. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer without notice in the event of war, terrorism, earthquake, catastrophe or similar event.
16) A minimum of 45 days advance notice before your requested months of travel is required. The lead name on the booking must be aged at least 18. A maximum length of stay of 30 days applies. Travel may be on any day of the week, and your booking may need to include a Saturday night stay.
17) There can be no guarantee that your requested choices of destinations and/or dates will be available at time of booking, nor can we guarantee travel on a specific route or on a specific date.
18) This voucher can only be used by the person to whom it is issued and cannot be resold or given away.
19) This voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other voucher or promotion.
20) Proof of posting is not acceptable as proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for lost or damaged application forms. Please be aware that it is not possible for the promoter or WIN | WIN to replace this voucher if it is lost.
21) All flight voucher applications must be returned to the address mentioned on the flight vouchers within 2 months of downloading your voucher and all travel must be completed within 6 months of downloading your voucher..This offer is not valid for travel during Easter, Christmas and Bank Holiday periods. Applications received more than 2 months after the voucher has been downloaded cannot be accepted. WIN | WIN will be able to investigate complaints or queries up to 14 days after the closing date. Once the 14 days have passed, we will not be able to provide any further investigations and the offer is deemed closed.
22) The flight offer is subject to promotional availability. Availability can be affected by a number of reasons beyond the control of WIN | WIN. These include adverse weather conditions, fuel increases, terrorist activities, political incidences, supplier change of ownership, supplier insolvency and airline operational difficulties.
23) The voucher holder will be contacted with an offer of an outbound and return flight. Once a flight offer has been made, you must confirm acceptance immediately. Flights cannot be held on your behalf.
24) Please be aware that the airline companies may be running their own unrelated reduced flight offers at the time you are applying with your voucher. It is always worth checking to see whether any of these offers are available before you use your flight voucher and whether you could make better savings.
25) WIN | WIN cannot be held responsible for the exchange rate used by your credit card issuer.
26) Cancellations and No Shows: Any confirmed booking which is either cancelled or the passenger does not show up for the flight is subject to an administration charge. This charge will be €25 where the passenger cancels their flight and €85 for passengers who fail to show up for their flight.
27) Free flight bookings do not include luggage check-in costs which may be incurred by certain airlines. Customers wishing to check-in luggage must do so at the airport. WIN | WIN will check you in online therefore please contact our team on 1850 35 45 55 with your passport details before your departure date
28) The promoter does not accept any responsibility for goods and services supplied by third parties.
