The first step of the Fleet training programme is a comprehensive driver risk assessment. This is in 2 parts; our unique Driver metrics behavioural evaluation and a 2 hour on road risk assessment.
The combined results of these 2 assessments will allow our qualified trainers to provide detailed risk rating reports on each individual driver based on:
- the drivers likely attitude and behaviour whilst driving
- the drivers skill in various road conditions.
On-road Assessments
The on-road assessment can be conducted in the drivers company vehicle or in an ISM vehicle depending on the clients needs. Where a driver falls into the Medium/ High risk category, the company will be informed immediately, and we will advise on the appropriate training recommendations.
Risk assessments can be tailored to suit the clients specific requirements, thereby minimising disruption to the companies daily operations and downtime.
The reports will highlight whether a driver falls into the Low/Med/High risk category, with recommendations for further training provided where necessary.
